What if we wove ties that no one up there ever foresaw?

Novum starts from an idea for change and pulls the thread: what already exists elsewhere, what blocks it, and how it can take hold.

Discover the ewes case
A surprised plasticine sheep whose pink wool threads tie themselves to a house, a bus, a tree, a scroll and a coin.

Dominant narratives impose a single future. Yet other futures are already here, elsewhere and in pieces: a cooperative here, a law passed there, a public service reinvented thanks to three ewes. What they lack is not existence. It is a connection.

The Sensor in five steps

  1. Hypothesis

Start from what you observe and a “what if”.

  2. Precedents

Discover similar actions that already exist somewhere.

  3. Paths

Choose different routes leading to the same mission.

  4. Measure

Understand the distance between your idea and reality. Find what blocks it.

  5. Map

Place your idea, its actors, its flows, and what remains to be filled.

What the Sensor does not do

The Sensor does not predict the future and does not tell you whether your idea is good. It relies on AI models, which can be wrong: every precedent is sourced so you can check.

A full game has a real cost, in money, energy and water. We show it.

The code is free: you can get an open source version on GitHub. Coming soon.

Grey tower blocks patched with balconies, under a misty sky crossed by birds.A seated silhouette facing a wall of screens covered with charts and faces. An old man in a coat standing on an esplanade, facing a giant drone with an orange eye.An open bag on a grey beach, full of radio gear, under a heart-shaped antenna.A row of huts on stilts leading to a huge bluish building in the fog.
